Tuition
and fees for the Institute's 600-hour Therapeutic Massage
Program are as follows:
Tuition Payment Options:
Option 1: Payment in Full
The full tuition payment of $8,000 is due at the
Enrollment Agreement signing. Cash, check and Visa/MC are accepted.
Option 2: Financing
Students may also pay the full tuition over nine months at
12% interest. The first payment is due at Enrollment signing,
and future payments are due on the first day of each month.
Payments will be approx. $975.00 per month.
Option 3: Veterans
MBI has been approved by the state approving agency for
financial assistance for eligible veterans. Students eligible
for VA benefits must contact Daryl Nash.
Option 4: Vocational Rehabilitation
MBI is approved for financial assistance through the Tennessee
Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. Qualified students
must contact their vocational rehabilitation counselor prior
to applying.
Option 5: Career Training Loans
MBI students may apply for loans
under the Career
Training Program
sponsored by SLM Financial
Corporation, a Sallie Mae Company.

Refund
Policies
A full refund of all tuition paid by the student may be obtained
if the student cancels the enrollment agreement within 72
hours of signing the enrollment agreement. Any student who
has not toured the facility prior to signing the enrollment
agreement has three days following a tour to request a full
refund.
A student who terminates or withdraws after attending classes
will receive a refund according to the following schedule:
1. Withdrawing within the first week of the course the school
will retain 75 dollars of the tuition.
2. After the first three weeks of the course, but within the first quarter (nine weeks), the
student will receive a refund of 75% of the full
tuition, up to what has been paid.
3. During the second quarter of the course (17 weeks) the student will receive 50% of the
full tuition, up to what has been paid.
4. During the third quarter (26 weeks) the student will receive 10% of the full tuition, up
to what has been paid.
5. After the third quarter the student is considered obligated
for the full tuition.
6. The school has a prorate policy for the refund of the
unused portion of tuition, fees and other charges in the event
the veteran or eligible person fails to enter the course or
withdraws at any time prior to completion.
In all refund computations, leave of absence, suspensions,
school holidays, days when classes are not offered, and summer
vacation shall not be counted as part of the elapsed time
for purposes of calculating a student's refund. |
